• Fixed compensation: 21 LPA
• RSUs: $22k vested over 4 years
• Joining bonus: None

Current compensation: 16 LPA fixed

Consideration

The role aligns well with networking/security, which interests me, but I'm unsure whether the compensation package is competitive for a Senior Development Engineer position.
