Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using 2 Days Before Interview (“2dbi”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What 2dbi Is

2dbi is a question bank of real interview questions asked at top tech companies. Users can browse, bookmark, upvote, and submit questions.

Content on 2dbi comes from two sources: questions submitted directly by our community, and questions we research and curate from interview experiences that people have shared publicly on the internet. We normalise and summarise this material into factual questions, attribute the originating source where we can, and remove content on valid request (see “Content Sourcing & Attribution” and “Content Removal” below).

3. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use 2dbi. If you are between the relevant minimum age and 18 in your jurisdiction, you may use 2dbi only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to access personalised features. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your login credentials.

4. User-Generated Content

When you submit a question or experience, you grant 2dbi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform.

You confirm that you have the right to share what you submit, and you must not submit content that is false, misleading, confidential (e.g. NDA-covered), proprietary to a third party, defamatory, or that otherwise violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to edit or remove content that violates these terms.

Please share questions in your own words. Do not paste large verbatim extracts of other people's articles, posts, or copyrighted material.

5. Content Sourcing & Attribution

Some questions on 2dbi are curated by us from interview experiences that individuals have shared publicly (for example on community forums and discussion sites). In these cases we aim to capture the underlying factual question rather than reproduce anyone's original writing, and we display a source tag or reference indicating where the question was originally shared, where that information is available.

A source tag is provided for attribution and transparency only. It does not imply that the named source endorses, is affiliated with, or has partnered with 2dbi. Interview questions are facts about what was asked; we do not claim ownership of the underlying facts, and we respect the rights of original authors in their own written expression.

6. Content Removal & Corrections

If you are the author of an interview experience we have referenced, a company, or a source platform, and you believe content on 2dbi infringes your rights, was attributed incorrectly, or should be removed, email 2daysbeforeinterview@gmail.com with a link to the content and a brief explanation.

We aim to acknowledge valid requests within 7 days and will remove or correct content that is confirmed to infringe rights or to be inaccurate. We may also remove content at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Use

• Automated scraping or bulk-downloading of the 2dbi database without our written permission
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the service
• Creating fake accounts or submitting fabricated questions
• Using the service for any illegal purpose

8. Intellectual Property

The 2dbi name, logo, design, and our own editorial and compilation work are owned by us. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

Content submitted by a user remains the property of that user. For questions curated from publicly shared experiences, any rights in the original written expression remain with their respective authors; we claim no ownership over that underlying material and present it on a factual, attributed basis. Company names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the company a question relates to.

9. Contributor Program

2dbi is currently a free platform. Members of the community can contribute questions and interview experiences to enrich it. If and when 2dbi generates revenue in the future, we intend to share a portion of that revenue with contributors in proportion to their contributions.

No payment or revenue share is owed or guaranteed unless and until we launch a paid program and publish its specific terms (including eligibility, how contributions are measured, payout thresholds, timing, and any tax or verification requirements). Participation in any such program will be voluntary and governed by those terms.

10. Disclaimers

2dbi is provided “as is”. We make no warranties that questions accurately reflect what any company will ask in your interview. Interview processes change frequently and 2dbi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any company listed on the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2dbi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
