Collaborative design review (manager-led)

Collaboratively design a system or application with the interviewer in a "design review" format (a discussion, not a whiteboard grilling). Pick a realistic service relevant to the role, then drive the conversation: clarify requirements, propose an architecture, and reason about trade-offs — data model, consistency, failure modes — as a peer responding to the manager's prompts.
