• Concrete rebuilding mechanisms: transparency rituals (visible commitments and follow-through), blameless retrospectives, small reliable promises kept repeatedly, clarifying decision rights, escalating only with consent.
• Self-awareness: acknowledging when you contributed to the problem; a real past example beats a purely hypothetical answer — bring one if you have it.
