Two phone calls plus Skype round, entirely fit-based with zero technical questions

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zomato (New Delhi) in Dec 2013

Interview

2 phone calls. First was a general ice-breaker. have been an entrepreneur throughout till date so was basically to judge whether I can adjust with working under someone else. 2nd phone call was to know me better. No tech questions till now. Huge expectations were being built up on their side simply by judging my resume, so assumed I knew all the tech there was to know. 3rd round was skype. Still no tech questions to probe my in-depth knowledge. So in short an expectation mismatch was on the cards.

I was asked no tech question. Just simply about what my projects were about and so on. I was only giving my part, there was no counter question from there side.
