Associate SE: 5 rounds (HR, culture fit, pair coding recursion, tech discussion, CTO round); quick offer
The interview process was pretty fast and smooth. The interviewers were super humble and interactive throughout the process. The feedback was satisfactory as well. The process totally consist of 5 rounds. 1. Initial Screening with HR 2. Culture Fit 3. Pair Coding 4. Tech Discussion 5. CTO Round (Tech Discussion). Pair coding was a recursion problem, straightforward but complex to code, tested on various edge cases. Tech Discussion varied from all aspects of coding: design, security, OOPS, DS/Algo. CTO round was pretty difficult, went deep into fundamental knowledge, puzzles and discussions on used technologies and quality code. The process was completed under 2 weeks and they rolled out the offer immediately.
