Phone screen after steep 150->20 resume cut, heavy on DS/OOPs fundamentals

First of all our resumes were asked and out of 150 students only about 20 students were shortlisted.Then a phone screen interview was conducted in the college.It was difficult one.As most of the questions were based on data structures,oop concepts.But no one was selected for the job at the end
