Senior PM: product cases from design to improvement; rejected without feedback after ghosting

The process and rounds were good but it was unclear as to what they were looking for. Leadership is knowledgeable but fails to lead properly by keeping interviewees updated. Had to email to ask about my status to which finally they shared a rejection without a feedback. The rounds went well and there was no such reason to ghost. The rounds included product cases ranging from design to improvement.
