SE: transparent 5-stage process (screen, pair programming, 2 technical, culture); offer in under 2 weeks

The interview process for the Software Engineer position was truly transparent and well organized. The Talent Acquisition Manager made sure to contact me following each phase of the interview and provided feedback very quickly. The process consisted of 5 main stages: 1. Initial screening 2. Pair programming session 3. Technical interview - I 4. Technical interview - II 5. Culture interview. All interviewers ensured that I was at ease during the interview. Questions covered algorithms & data structures and the JavaScript event loop. They made an offer in under two weeks, which I greatly appreciate.
