SE: 3 rounds of reasonable difficulty (simple coding + system design); helpful interviewers but slow post-interview decision

It's not often I can see red flags from the interview but this case was really an exception. After 3 rounds, the recruiter mentioned that the hiring decision may take a couple of weeks. Hiring Managers, Interviewers and Recruiter were all very nice and helpful throughout, and the interview was of reasonable difficulty. The rounds involved simple coding and a system design exercise that were relevant to the job scope.
