Senior Backend: R1 easy DSA (graph/BFS), R2 tech knowledge (microservices, middleware, observability, Java); ghosted, no R3

The first round was DSA which was quite easy - one easy graph question which was easily solved by BFS. The second round was tech knowledge, where I was asked concepts like microservice, middleware, observability in microservices, hashmap, linked list and some questions about Java. There was no third round, I was ghosted completely. Even after the first round, I was ghosted for a week before they set me up for round 2. Good interview but bad management.
