SE: HR intro, co-founder call, tech round with Senior Architect on basic DS; no result after follow-ups
HR contacted on LinkedIn regarding the role and arranged an introductory call where he introduced the company and team. Then there was another call with the Co-Founder where he asked few basic introduction questions. HR told the Co-Founder gave positive feedback and they wanted to proceed with the interviews. He arranged a tech interview with a Senior Architect where we had discussions over few basic DS questions and previous experience. For few days I didn't receive any update from HR so I contacted him multiple times; he had no idea about the application status. Till date, there is no word from the team. When someone invested 3 hours of his time in your hiring process at least take the ownership to let the candidate know about the results.
