Senior SSDET: simple coding, past experience, general testing + backend questions; ghosted with generic rejection

Easy process, with simple coding questions, questions on past experiences, and general testing and backend questions — for example, how would you create a new framework and what would you consider. Recruiters are not transparent. Post completing all rounds which I thought went well, I tried calling them multiple times but they did not pick up, then sent a rejection mail with a generic message. Interviewers don't give feedback saying the recruiter will give it, and recruiters ghost post-interviews.
