SEIT: TA intro + 3 technical (QA lead, pair programming, EMs) + offer call; focus on testing fundamentals

The interview process was well-coordinated and fast. First round was with the TA lead who explained about the company and culture. After that, 3 technical rounds - one with the QA lead, second was a pair programming round with the engineering lead and third technical round with engineering managers. Focus is more on problem solving. OOP concepts and fundamentals of testing concepts and how to build frameworks rather than tools/languages, normal DS/algo questions, problem solving questions, and project-related questions around how testing can be merged with development (shift-left strategies). If you pass, a final call for offer discussion follows. The entire process took about 2 weeks.
