Interview process is quite transparent, matured and structured more than enough for a year old startup. 1. A filtering round - product discussion & demo, and a basic set of culture fit questions. 2. A pair coding round - DS & algorithmic question just to test the problem solving ability. 3. A Tech Discussion round - covering multiple paradigms of CS and resume. 4. A System Design Round.
