Rescheduled, cut-short 20-minute technical round; rejected

I got a call from HR, to schedule the interview. It was scheduled on the wednesday but nobody joined, after 20min I mailed HR she then told me that it is rescheduled for tomorrow.
I again joined the interview, nobody appears for 20min, then at sudden the interviewer appears and he then asked 7-8 questions. No code editor no nothing. One hour interview turned out to be 20 min interview.

and then after some days, I got a mail staying that I got rejected
