Lead SE: recruiter call, medium coding (graphs), theoretical tech discussion (HashMap internals), system design

The interview pipeline consists of these steps: 1) Talk with recruiter - about 20 minutes. 2) Code interview (medium leetcode problem) - a coding challenge about graphs. 3) Tech discussion section (mostly theoretical questions, talks about my experience) - how HashMap works in Java, which data structures I used in my work, and what challenges I faced when working remotely. 4) System design section.
