Recruiter / HR Screen: Quick call (20-30 mins). Covers your background, role expectations, location, salary, and why Zomato. 3. Case / Guesstimate Round: Very typical at Zomato. Examples: "How many orders happen in Gurgaon in a day?" "Design a loyalty program for high-frequency users." "You see cancellations spike by 20% in Lucknow this week. What will you do?" They want to see how you break down problems, not just the final number. 4. Functional / Technical Round: Depends on role - Product -> product sense, prioritization, metrics, trade-offs, feature design. 5. Cross-Functional / Leadership Rounds: Typically with senior PMs, business heads, or city CEOs. Focus on ownership, bias for action, storytelling, and whether you can handle chaos.

Other "one thing" style questions I've seen Zomato ask include: "Design a loyalty program for high-frequency users." "You notice order cancellations in one city spiked by 20% this week. What would you do tomorrow morning?" It's always about structure, clarity, and action orientation rather than the exact answer.
