PM: 5 rounds, mostly past-experience/profile based; frustrating leadership round; ghosted after completing all
I was contacted by a recruiter and scheduled for the interview process. Round 1 (R1) & Round 2 (R2): These rounds were with Product Managers, focusing on my past experience and product problem-solving skills. Round 3 (R3): This round was with the Hiring Manager, and the discussion was profile-based, diving deeper into my past experiences. Round 4 (R4): This was with Product Leadership. Unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience as the leader kept interjecting, making it difficult to provide complete context, constantly pushing me to "cut to the chase." Round 5 (R5): I had another round with a different Hiring Manager, again focused on my past experience. Despite completing all five rounds, I never heard back, even after repeated follow-ups over two weeks. The R2 product problem was around creating a diabetes tracking app.
